Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the service for a company, you accept these terms on its behalf.

The service is offered to users outside Mainland China (which, for these terms, does not include the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR or Taiwan). Individuals and organizations located in, resident in or acting on behalf of Mainland China may not register, top up or use the API, and no one may get around this through a VPN, a proxy, false details or another person's account. If we find or reasonably suspect a breach, we may refuse registration, limit features, or suspend or close the account, and handle its orders, balance and refunds as the law and the payment provider's rules require.

Your account and API keys

Give accurate account details and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for all use of your account and keys. Do not sell, lend or share keys outside your own organization; if you build a product on the API, your product calls it with your own keys.

Acceptable use

Your use of the service, and everything you submit or generate, must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may use images or footage of a real person only with that person's consent.

We may check requests and their inputs before a video is generated, refuse requests that break the policy, and suspend or close accounts that break it or try to get around our checks. The models also run their own safety checks and may refuse a request; a refused task is not charged.

Your inputs and outputs

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts, images, video and audio you submit (inputs). You confirm that you have every right and consent needed to submit them, including the consent of any person they show.

As between you and us, you own the videos generated for you (outputs), and you are responsible for how you use them. Outputs can be similar for different users and may not be protected by copyright everywhere. We use inputs and outputs only to provide, secure and support the service, as our Privacy Policy describes; we do not use them to train models.

Prices, top-ups and billing

• The service is prepaid. A top-up is a one-time purchase of at least $5 of USD credit; nothing renews automatically.
• Requests are charged at the prices on the pricing page when they run. Our records of requests, durations, resolutions and rates are the basis of every charge.
• Failed and expired tasks are not charged. A video's maximum price is held when it is submitted, and any unused part of the hold is released when it finishes.
• Credit cannot be transferred and has no cash value, except where the law requires otherwise.
• We may change prices. A change applies to requests made after it takes effect, never to credit already charged.

Refunds

You may ask for a refund of a completed top-up if its payment method supports refunds and your unused balance still covers the full credit that top-up added. Send the request to [email protected] with your account email and the reason. We review every request; if we approve it, we deduct the credit and return the payment to the original method, subject to the provider's processing time. Credit already used is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Tell us promptly about any duplicate or mistaken charge.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service fast and available, but models and networks can change or fail. We may change, limit or suspend parts of the service for security, legal, maintenance or abuse reasons, and we may add or retire models. When we retire a model, we will say so on the website before it stops working where we reasonably can.

Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that puts the service or other users at risk, or where the law requires it. If we close an account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund its unused balance.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated video can be inaccurate or unexpected; review outputs before you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us against claims that arise from your inputs, your outputs, your use of the service or your breach of these terms, including claims by people shown in content you submitted or generated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version; for material changes we will also give notice in the console or by email. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
