This policy explains what information OnlySeedance processes when you visit the website, use the console or call the API, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we process
- Account details: your email address, a hash of your password, and your API keys.
- Requests: for each API call, the time, the model, the settings, the prompt, the links to the files you sent, the result and the cost.
- Files: the images, video and audio you send as inputs, and the videos generated for you.
- Billing: your balance, your top-ups and their payment status. Card and wallet details are handled by the payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
- Security data: IP addresses, sign-in times and similar records we need to protect accounts and stop abuse.
Why we process it
We use this information to run your account, generate your videos, bill you correctly, answer your support requests, keep the service secure, enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, we do not use your inputs or outputs to train models, and we do not use them for advertising.
Images of real people
Inputs can show real people. We process them only to generate the video you asked for and to check that the request follows our policies. You must have the consent of every person who appears in your inputs; we may ask you to show it if we receive a complaint.
Who else handles it
- The infrastructure that runs the Seedance models receives your prompt and inputs to generate the video.
- Our hosting, network and security providers store and carry data for us.
- Payment providers process your top-ups.
- Authorities, when the law requires us to disclose information.
These parties may be located outside your country, including in the United States and Asia. They process the data only to provide their part of the service.
How long we keep it
- Generated videos can be downloaded for 24 hours after they finish. Keep your own copy: we do not offer long-term storage.
- Request and billing records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, security and legal obligations.
- Account details are kept while your account is open, and deleted or anonymized after you ask us to close it, except where the law requires us to keep them.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The console stores your sign-in session in your browser so you stay signed in.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and its data. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict our processing and to complain to your data protection authority. Email [email protected] from your account's address and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
Traffic to the service is encrypted, passwords are stored as hashes, and access to production systems is limited to the people who run them. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version; for material changes we will also give notice in the console or by email.
